We have formally been in business since 2017 and HoodSkulls® have thrilled Jeepers for that long, we expect they will continue to. You and your Jeep will be thrilled. HoodSkulls® are a cross between art and badass aftermarket accessory. We don't know what you will throw, cover, wash the HoodSkulls® with, so we don't give any blanket guarantees. We are aware of a growing trend for people to make purchases, then abuse good faith return policies. Please don't do that. There is a reason that our shoppers love our products and customer service. It is our intention to continue bringing badass products to market for many years ahead.

WARRANTY ON HOODSKULLS®: Our goal is to manufacture and deliver art (i.e. HoodSkulls®) that will survive common on/off-road adventures for at least 12 months. If you want to replace damaged HoodSkulls® that you purchased from us, we will typically issue you a generous discount code for a replacement pair if you ask. We will ask you for your original order number and a picture of the damaged HoodSkulls® that you are replacing. We are trying to make this safe, fun and affordable. If there is a problem with your HoodSkulls®, remove them immediately and contact us. Between UV, heat, frost and road debris, we understand our products will take a beating and may lose the battle. That is why we have this policy and post it publicly, we want you to bolt your HoodSkulls® with confidence.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES OF HOODSKULLS®: We do not offer exchanges. We do accept returns of purchases only if made on HoodSkulls.com subject to the following: You can return unopened, non-custom items in the original packaging within 7 days of delivery to your shipping address. If 7 days or more have passed since delivery to you, we cannot offer you a refund. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will examine it and notify you by email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price (minus the cost of shipping to you and a 10% restocking fee) and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items and custom orders are non-refundable. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES OF CLOTHING: We cannot accept returns or exchanges of T-Shirts once the package is opened. Please carefully refer to the size chart on the product page before you place your order.
