PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES:

A non-custom order will take between 2 - 7 business days to process, handle, package and ship. We often beat that projection, but use the outside date to manage expectations. Expedited shipping does not expedite our processing time, it only expedites shipping time once your order is in the possession of the shipping carrier. If you need the processing and handling of your order to be expedited for an event, please let us know before you place your order so that we can try to coordinate delivery on or before your target date.
